The Steel Room creates a unique atmosphere that is far from your typical box gym. We don’t JUST workout here. The camaraderie of the club’s members is better compared to a family, welcoming all fitness levels. The classes are home-grown by our head trainer and hit all the exercise nails on the head, whether you’re looking to lose fat or to gain muscle mass. The exercise is paired with nutrition education and meal planning to create undeniable results; see some of those results here!
The Steel Room’s Healthy Appetite on Gill Street is our meal prep kitchen and dining room. We’re open and serving fitness-friendly, hot lunch Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You can pick up ready-made meals in our coolers from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, and 11:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday!
