Valery Soltis

Valery’s yoga journey began in 2008 when she completed a 500 hour training at Ayurveda Yoga Academy in South Korea. In addition to the study of yoga Asana, Valery participated in Family Constellations Therapy, Zen Therapy, and learned the basic techniques of Cranio-sacral Therapy.
In 2015, Valerie completed a 200 hour training with Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute. SomaYoga is a unique style of yoga that focuses on re-establishing the neuromuscular connection. This practice is excellent for those who suffer from chronic pain.
In 2016, Valery attended an advanced 300 hour training at Asheville Yoga Center. This program taught her the skills to work one-on-one with clients in a therapeutic setting. During this program, she also became skilled in Ayurvedic assessments, Chakra balancing, and Viniyoga, which is excellent for those managing arthritis.

Valery hopes that her practices can help students not only find inner balance, but can also help manage physical, bodily pains.
